We manufacture product in a 60,000 sq. ft. plant utilizing: 21 molding machines; 3-ton overhead crane; shipping & receiving docks; Hi-bay lighting; Centralized chiller/Cooling system; (2) 24’ box truck Our quality capabilities include PPAP, SPC, closed-loop processes, micro-vu (CMM for precision measuring), force testing machines (insertion & retention); Melt flow analyzer, Color blenders, moisture analyzer, and robotics all ensure a quality process and product. We are able to provide all customer quality requirements needed for approvals and continuing quality requirements. We are always looking for cost effective solutions that will benefit the customer.
